It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of John Kimutal Rotich, a long serving career teacher.
Husband to Harriet Karambu (USA) and Caroline Chesang Chepton (Kapchemosin). Son of the late Jacob Kiprotich Korir of Kayo and the late Emmy Jerop Korir of Kayo. Son of Salina Korir. Father of Edward Cheruiyot KDF; Kenneth Kibet Engineer CMC, Dr. Arch Anthony Kiplimo Senior lecturer JKUAT, Patrick Klpgnetich (Nanyuki), Kathleen Chepkenthoi (EAPCC), Dominick Kipkotich Mutai (PATH), Sylvia Chepchumba (Teacher Chepkongony High), Edwin Kiprono Logistics (Kaptumo). Mercy Chelagat (UON).
Son- in law of the late Paul Mbogori and Mary Kanyamu of Meru County; late Chepkutwo Simatwa and the late Monica Chemwandia of Mt. Elgon. Brother of Philip Chebirir, Rose Choge, The late Alice Bor, Florence Tabut , Rachel Rutto, Nelty Koech, The Late Ann Jepkios, Irene Sang, and the late Stephen Rotich, Willy Rotich, Grace Korir, Charles Tisii, Christine Jepkoech, Edward Rotich, Douglas Rotich, Keneth Rotich, AllanTisii, Norah Jeptepkeny. He had 28 grandchildren; He was an Uncle, Brother-in-law and Father-in-law to many.
Meetings for Funeral arrangements are being held daily In his home at Kapchemosin, Nairobi and Nanyuki.
The cortege leaves Samaritan Funeral Services Home, Kapsabet on 29th October for an overnight stay at his home at Kapthemosin. Burial will be held on 30th October 2020.
