ISABELLA (SABENZIA) ACHITSA LUMALLAS

20th February, 1952 – 2nd November, 2020

On 2nd November 2020, the family Matriarch, our beloved Mama Isabella Sabenzia Achitsa Lumallas unexpectedly and peacefully passed away while undergoing treatment at Eldoret Hospital.

Daughter of the late Luhya Warrior Mmeywa Seii and Sulumena Nyangai. Daughter In-law of the late Elijah Lumalla and the late Malta Lillovi. Sister of the late Pauline, the late Elizabeth, the lateTeresia, Peter, Sabina, the late Rosa, the late Robert, Wilhelmina, Fabian and Josephat. Married to Jack Lumallas, formerly of Moi University and Sister-In-law of the late Kembu, the late Esther, the late Tabitha, Andrea and the late Grace. A loving mother of Hon. Stanley Livondo, Alex, Careen (UK), the late Amunya, Edwin, Lillovi, Eunice, Erick, Remmington, and Annitta. A cherished mother-in-law of Matroba, Simon, Wairimu and Caroline.

Grandmother of Dove, Sammy, Nathaniel, Delphine, Frank, Augustine, Centrine, Sibenzia, Nathalie, Tatianna, Ophelia, Warren, Easen, Crystal, Ryan, Larry, Laureen, Theodore, Alicia, Keisha, Sean, Zuri, and Imari. A warm-hearted and compassionate Aunt, Cousin and Extended Mother to many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at her residence in Kaimosi, Vihiga County for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kakamega County Funeral Parlor on Friday, 13th November, 2020 at 10.00am, for a church service at Kaimosi Friends Church at 11.00am.

The burial will take place on Saturday, 14th November, 2020 at her home in Kaimosi, next to Kaimosi Boys Secondary School and Cheptulu Power Station, Cheptulu Sub-location in Vihiga County.
