It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Beverly Nakhumicha Namisi Simiyu of Safaricom PLC on 6th November 2020 following a short illness.

Daughter of Peter Wanjala Simiyu arid Elizabeth Khalayi Wanjala of Wabukhonyi Village, Naitiri Location, Bungoma County. Beloved wife of Joseph Ogidi Achuodho and mother to loving baby Elianna Adelle Ogidi. Granddaughter of the late Alfred Simiyu and Roda Nekesa, the late Elisha Biketi and Salome Nekesa. Daughter-in-law of the late Kezia Atieno, Agnetta Magube and the late Zablon Owigo Achuodho of Aloma Village, Karungu East Location, Migori County.

Sister to Lilian (Norfund), Mary (Seacom), Alfred (Qatar Airways) and Susan (VFS Global Kenya Limited.) Sister-in-law to Michael Etale, Samantha Biketi, Joan, John, Michael Walter, the Late George, Tom, Davis, Onasis and the late Wellman. Aunty to Ethan, Samara and Jesse. Niece of Gilbert, Fred, Clarkson, Aggrey Wakoli, the late Wiiliam, the late Joseph, the late Ruth, Dorothy, Leonard, Florence, Eunice, Helen, Judah, Beatrice, Jane, Benson, Tadayo. Cousin to many.

A requiem mass will be held on 18th November 2020 at Consolata Shrine Westlands, Nairobi & burial will take place at her home In Aloma Village, Karungu East Location, Sori, Migori County on 20th November 2020.
