It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Susan- NILikwatilugao Mutiiria Mbaruku.

Daughter of the late Mr. Ntandatho M’takumbuka and Alice Mweru. Wife of Mr. Benjamin Mutiiria Mbaruku. Mother of Doris Wanja (Superintendent Minister, Ruai Circuit), Judith Muthoni (DCI Buruburu), Mercy Kanyua (Unit Manager Britam Mombasa), Livingstone Njoka (Procurement officer Kenyatta University, Nairobi), Beatrice Kageni (Kenya Police – Karieni Meru) and Peterson Nyaga (Accountant – KEMSA). Mother-in-law of Humphrey Wafula, Eric Mathenge, Amos Kaburu, Caroline Wambui, James Mwenda and Mercelyne Bogomba.

Grandmother of Patience Namukhosi, Manasseh Mutuma, Michelle Wambui, Kelly Wambui, Rodney Mutuma, Allain Wangui, Brenda Kaburu, Brett Mugambi, Trevor Muthomi, Lincoln Mutegi, Cadi Kawira, Timothy Munene, Abigael Makena and Ethan Mugambi. Sister of Susan Ciakathoga, Late. Joyce Njira, David Kironcho, Joseph Kirugua, Jeniffer Gakumbi, George Kimathi, Zacchaeus Maruta, Salome Ndatho, Ann Ntembi and Daniel Iguna. She was Sister-in-Law of Late John Muchomba, Bernard Kiriungi, Tabitha Ciamunari, Late Jane Gacunku, Henry Mukui, Moses Mbaruku, late Eunice Mwendwa Mbaruku, and Rael Kamene and Aunt of many.

Family and friends are meeting at MCK Ruai, Nairobi, Nkondi (Mbaruku’s home) and at her home in Miomponi for funeral arrangements from 4.30pm.

The cortege leaves KNH on Friday 20th Nov, 2020 at 5.30am for interment at her rural home in Miomponi Village.
