It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of John Mbae Rucha on Sunday, 15th November, 2020 after a long illness bravely borne. He was a retired businessman having previously worked at TSC Timau and Metal Box (K) Ltd in Thika.

Husband of Rose Wambura Rucha. A present father of Jennifer Kagendo Rucha-Neumann, Joy Noni Steel, Anthony Njue Rucha and Susan Cugu Rucha. Adoring and adored grandfather of Brian, Mimi, Jack, June, Mark and Paul. Father-in-law of Tim Steel, Mario Neumann, Edna and Sophia. Son of late Eston M’Mbutu and late Jennifer Kainyu. Brother of Alexander Kiraithe, Hildah Ncugumi, the late Gainson Nkonge and Jebi Rucha and many other step-brothers and sisters.

The burial will be on Tuesday, 24th November in Nairobi. The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home, Mbagathi Rd. Nairobi at 12:00 midday fora burial service at Lang’ata Cemetery, commencing at 1:00pm.
