MZEE ELIJAH SHIGURI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of W0II Rtd. Mzee Elijah Shiguri Alalia (formally of KAF) which occurred on 18thNovember 2020 after a short illness.

He was the son to the late Alalia Lisiolo and Loice Jirute of Bumira village in Tiriki. Loving husband to Serail Malesi. Father to Col. Victor Shiguri (Kenya Army), Violet Masimoni (Administrator), Fredrick Mmbono (MOH), Caroline Murongole (of USA, formally Min. of Lands), Alex Khanyisi (Compassion Intl.), Lilian Muhadia (MOH), Nicholas Lusava (Min of Lands), Nephat Shigali (Mechanic) and Loice J. Shiguri (Marketing & Communication Consultant, formally of Scanad).

He was brother to Late Wilson Asuvwa, Esnas Shawitsa, Late John Mwashi, Sarah Khagali and Esther Khavere, uncle to many and father-in-law to Janet, Berard, Beatrice, Patricia, Susan, Late Julius, Nelly, Eunice, Lilian, Moses and Steve. He was son-in-law to the Late James Lumwachi and the Late Peris Ijirangwa. He was grand father to over 27 grandchildren Including Brian, Doris, Ivy, Judy, Will, Milka, Ian, Glen, Sankara and their siblings.

Friends and family are meeting every day from 3.00 p.m at his residence at Lelget Village for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The funeral will take place on Saturday, 28th November 2020 at his residence in Lelget Village, Aidai Constituency, Nandi South-Sub County.
