Husband of Mary Wanjiru Wahinya. Father of Margaret Wangari, Priscilla Wambui, Peris Muthoni, Patrick Macharia, and Cyrus Gichaga.

Brother of Peris Muthoni, late Eliud Konje, Amos Mugwe and Raphaela Njeri.

Father in law of Jimmy Macharia, Pastor Washington Thiga (Thika), Simon Ng’ang’a, Eunice Cheruto (Eldoret) and Loise Wanjiru. Grandfather of many.

The cortege leaves Outspan hospital mortuary, Nyeri on Tuesday 1st December 2020. Funeral service at Ndimaini PCEA Church, starting 10.00 am. Burial follows thereafter at his home Gitumbi village, Ndimaini, Mathis East sub County, Nyeri County.
