It is with humble acceptance of God’s will and profound sorrow that we announce the demise of Isckah Orimba Achayo on the 19th of November 2020 in Kisumu.

Wife of the late Festo Achayo Ongonga of Asembo Nyagoko, Kiswero Village. Co-wife of Rispar and the late Monica Achayo. Daughter of the late Snr. Chief Semekia Wakiaga and the late Helida Otieno of Gunda viliage, Kaswanga,Rusinga Island. Step daughter of the late Filgona, the late Agnes and BeldinaWakiaga. Mother of Jacqueline, the late Chief, Dorcilia, and Ronnie Achayo, Step-mother of Anne, Brian, Dacha, the late Sylvia and Mbuor Achayo. Auntie of Dennis, Samora, Tabu, Evans Ochieng, Frank, Lillian, Wilma, Chief, Austin, Douglas,Cliff, Vera, Jill, George Otuga, Judith Adoyo, Odindo, Awuor, Jane and Evans Otiang`a, Clifford,Akinyi, Tanya and Trevor, Risper Tamara, the late Biko, the late Chief, Neville,Wema, Beverly,Thomas,Alicia. Justin, Jason, Ericah,Alexander, Maeva, Grace, Marvin, Semekia Wakiaga,and many others.

Mother in law of Julius Oluoch and Wendy Kigami,Sister In-law to Jack Dulo, David Oboo, Fred Kosiye, the late Jairus Odek, Nelson Otuga, Isaiah Ousa, Festo Akal, Apollo Otieno, the late Maalimu, the late Ochieng Odundo, the late George Otiang’a, the late Otieno Omiya. The cortege leaves Jaramogi Odinga referral hospital, Kisumu on Thursday 26th November2020 at 11:00 AM to her Mamboleo residence for a brief service.

Burial will be held on Friday 27th November at her rural home in Asembo Rarieda, Kiswero School, south Asembo starting from 10:00 AM.
