JANE ATIENO ODHIAMBO

The family of Jo’Kajimbo are deeply saddened to announce the death of Jane Atieno Odhiambo.

Devoted wife of John Odhiambo Onunda of Oyora village, Omware School, South Kamagambo, Migori County. Loving mother of the late Denis Okoth, Christine Achieng, Julie Akinyi, Frank Otieno and Sarah Atieno.

Doting grandmother of Amali Hawi, Niniola Kinda, Tiffa Zawadi and Wonuola Imora. Daughter of the late James Onyango and the late Mrs Esdora Onyango of Muhoroni.

Daughter in-law of the late Lewnadus Onunda and Philista Onunda of South Kamagambo. Sister of Maurice Mumbo, the late Wilkista Onono, the late Job Oselu, the late Esau Ondu, Tom Aduma Onyango, the late Timothy Agumba, the late Grace Aketch and Rachel Adongo of Muhoroni. Sister-in-law to Owili & Agnes Akinyi, Joseph & the late Margaret Ogot, Jackton & the late Mercy Orende, the late Jekoniah Ayaga, Elizabeth Ooga,Vincent & Hellen Oduogo, Peter & Liz Onunda, Florence Achiando and Joab Oluoch. Aunt, friend and mentor to many.

We will hold a memorial service at CITAM Valley Road on Wednesday, 2nd December 2020 at 11:00 am. Attendance will be limited in compliance with the current restrictions on physical gatherings. We will provide a virtual link for friends and family who would wish to join remotely.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home on Thursday, 3rd December 2020. She will be laid to rest at her home in Oyora village, Omware School, South Kamagambo, Migori County.
