It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mzee John Kipkemei Kimengich of Bcpkos village, Kituro location, Baringo Central sub-county, and Formerly of National Museums of Kenya.

Husband of the late Sarah Mengich. Son of the late Luka Kipkoslom Kimengich and late Gogo Kabon. Step son to the late Gogo Kimoi. Brother to the late Jacob Kimengich, the late Collets, Magdalene, Christine and Bishop Dominic Kimengich of Catholic Diocese of Eldoret. Step-brother to Johana, Cecilia, Philip, Salina, Jennifer and Margaret. Father to Cosmas, Late Richard, Mathew, Fr. Augustine Kipkemei of Kipsaraman Parish, Nancy, Agnes, Irene and Cornelius. Father-in-law to Magdalene, Brigid, Vivian, Stella, Ken and John. Brother-in-law to late Peninah, Catherine, Mary, Richard Tuitoek, John Kiptui, Loice Lelmen, Esther Rotich, Mariko, Sophia, Clara. Jennifer and Zachariah. Grandfather and great grandfather to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting for funeral arrangements at his Bepkoi village every day from 2 pm.

The cortege leaves Baringo County Referral Hospital Mortuary on Wednesday, 16th at 8.00 am, for funeral service at Kituro Primary School ground and thereafter burial at his home at Bepkoi village.
