MRS JEMIMAH KANINI MUSYOKA

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of mama Jemimah Kanini Musyoka which occurred on 3rd April 2021. Jemimah was born in 1952 to the late Pastor James Ilako and the late Loise Kanyali, and the late Thoki Ilako.

She was the beloved wife of the late George Musyoka Mbiti and together were blessed with five children: Michael, Karroleen (Adelaide, Australia), Catherine, the late Musyimi and Pamela. Twin sister to the late Christine Kivalason. Sister to Amb. Ilako, late kavengi, John, late Tito, Jane, Dr.I1ako, Mwende, Syongo, Mutongoi, Jeff, the Late Kanyaa, Lavu, the late Kamene, Nzambi and the late Munanie. Sister in law of the late William, Kairu, Munywoki, Priscilla, Loisi, Dr Dunera, Sophia,Rose. She was adored grandma to Ronald, Kevin, Leoni, Vanessa, Faith, Stephen, Ivory, Daniella, Allan and George. Mother in law to Dr. Alutalala Mukhwana and Phillip Kithome. Aunt, cousin, grandma, friend and former teacher to many.

The cortege will leave kenyatta university funeral home on Wednesday 7th April 2021 for burial at her homestead, Kalatine, Mwingi.
