PETER LUKAS KILONZO KAVILA EBS, OGW, NDC (K)

It is with deep sorrow and the humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of former Senior Deputy Commissioner and retired Commandant National Police College, Kiganjo, Mr. Peter Lukas Kilonzo Kavila. He passed on, on the 31st of March, 2021.

Son of the late Eliakim and the late Grace Kavila. Husband of the late Tibia Kilonzo and Ruth Kilonzo. Father of Morris, Anita, Mueni, Charity and Mbenge. Brother of Martin and Aaron Kavila. Cousin of the late Munyao, Mutuku, Kilonzo, Munee, Mutanu, the late Makenzi, among others. Nephew of Esther Mukui Mutisya.

Uncle of the late Musau, Jj, Mbosi, Serah, Kavita, Mbinya, Muendi, Kiema, Mwikali, Muthoni, Ndunda, Evelyn, Ayeso, among others. Grandfather of Levine, Makenzi, Wangari, among others. Son-in-law of the late Kisowe and Kamene, Margret and Fred Nzoka. Father in-law of Dr. Kelvin Ng’ang’a and Hon. Ayub Sava (MP Lugari). Brother-in-law of Agnes, Mary, the late Kutu, Muithya, the late Mbaluka, Syokau, Muhanji and the late Anne.

Family and friends are meeting at his family home in Ukia, Makueni for prayers and funeral arrangements.
