We announce the promotion to glory for Jafford Gitonga Mbaka (Mbaka Gems), which took place on 2nd April, 2021 after a short illness.

He was a loving husband to Sarah Gitonga. Father to Cynthia Wanjiru Gitonga Theuri, Elsie Kawira Gitonga and Nadia Njeri Gitonga. He was the son of the late Kamundi Nathan and Prisca Nathan. Brother to the late Njagi, Muthoni, Rugendo, Kirimi, Karimi, Mutwiri, the late Mario and Mwenda Nathan. Grandfather to the late jahleel Theuri, Gitonga Theuri, Mohinjah Theuri, Mungai Theuri and Aria Amarie. Father in law to Hon. George Theuri and Nicholas Adera. Brother in law to, Bena, Zarry, Annie, Sally, Flo, Milly, Maryl, Raphie and Caroll.

Family and friends are meeting at Kitengela Royal Finesse Estate, funeral will take place on Thursday 8th April at his home in Kigogo village, Tharaka Nithi County.
