LUCY MWAROMO MUNGANIA-MARETE

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to Glory of retired teacher Mrs. Lucy Mwaromo Mungania-Marete that occurred on 2nd June 2021 following an illness bravely borne.

Lucy was a loving wife to the late John Marete. Daughter to the late Mungania Rukirangi, the late Margaret Wanja and the late Mary Karoki of Chugu, Kiamweri, Igoji West Location. Mother to the late Beth Agnes Nkatha Mutuma. She was a loving sister to Martha Mung’ari, the late Beatrice M’Muthamia, the late Salesio Majau (Mashambani), Cyprian Mero and Pius Magiri. Mother in law to David Mutuma Mukindia. Loving grandmother to Lynne Claire Mwendwa, Ann Leira Kamathi, Natalie Mukiri among others. She was Aunt to many nieces and nephews.

The cortege leaves St. Ann Mortuary (Igoji) on 12/6/2021 at 9.00a.m. The funeral mass will be held at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Keeria from 10.00a.m.
