JONAH DAVID MWENDA (KAJIWE)

It is with great sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Mr. Jonah David Mwenda (Kajiwe), following a tragic road accident on Saturday 19th June, 2021.

Son of the late Lawrence Benjamin Thomas Mwenda (LBTM) and the late Martha Chinyavu Mwenda. Husband of Elizabeth Nyevu Mwenda. Father of Lawrence Kibao Mwenda and Louisa Chinyavu Mwenda. Father-in-law of Cathy Mwaka Kisombe. Loving grandfather of Lugo Cairo Mwenda.

Son-in-law of the late Paul George Kenga and mama Naomi Jumwa Kenga. Brother of the late Richard Saburi, the late Livingstone Latonga, Daina Kadama and Elijah Mwenda. Uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting at the family home in Ongata Rongai, Kajiado County.

There will be a fundraising harambee at All Saints Cathedral on Wednesday, 23rd June 2021 at 5.00pm.

There will be a Memorial Service at All Saints Cathedral on Thursday, 24th June, 2021 at 5.00pm.

The burial service will be held at his farm in Kadzonzo, Kilifi County on Saturday 26th June, 2021.
