DOUGLAS ANGWENYI MOKAYA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved Douglas Mokaya Angwenyi which occurred on 26/06/2021 at Kenyatta National Hospital, after a short illness. He was a student at the Kisii National Polytechnic.

Son of Andrew Mokaya Angwenyi and Esther Moraa Mokaya. Brother of Elmelda Nyambare, Hilda Nyanchama, Linet Kwamboka, Winfridah Kerubo, Ednah Bochaberi, Erick Achika, Rachael Kemunto, and Jacinta Boyani.

Nephew of John, the late Jacob, Lazarus, Dismas, the late Francis, James, Patricia, Jason, the late Samuel, Orina, Joyce, Oyugi and Achika. Brother-in-law of Kevin Nyabuto, Job Barasa, Leonard Nyamasege, Dennis Onsoti, Julius Ougo, Vincent Osoro, Meshack Nyaoma and Carolyne Kerubo.

Cousin of Pacifica, Justus, Peter, Gabriel, Jadwick, Polycarp, Miriam among others. Uncle of Newton, Clare, Andrew, Jacinta, Nancy, Paul, Claudia, Rufinah, Calvin, Sandra, Bravin, Shannel, Dylan, Milan, Dilan and Chloe.

Requiem mass will be on Thursday 11am at the Holy Trinity Catholic church, Kileleshwa, Othaya Road.

The Cortege leaves Kenyatta National Hospital Mortuary on Friday 2nd July 2021 and burial will take place on the same day at their family home in Getionko 1 village, Rioma Sub-Location, Kisii County.
