CHARLES JEREMIAH MUIRURI GIKOMBE

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Charles Jeremiah Muiruri Gikombe, which occurred on July 23rd 2021, after a short illness.

Son of the late Maina Gikombe and the late Hannah Mukami Gikombe. Husband to Martha Nyaruai and Maritha Njeri. A loving brother of the late Joseph Mwangi, Wairimu and Waiganjo. A loving father to Anne Muiruri, Priscilla Muiruri, Mary Wambui, Paul Macharia, Fraciah Njoki, Francis Maina, Isaiah Muiruri and Monicah Muiruri. Father-in-law to Reuben Munyori, the late Richard Maina, Joram Mukuha, Charles Kamau, Caroline Wanjiku, Edith Watetu and Zipporah Wairimu. He was also a grandfather to Ian, Stacy, Charles, Lleyton, Sandra, Faith, Natasha, Richard, Gianna, Giovanni, Gareth, Arsene, Ariana, Adrian, Asher, Jeremy, Vash, Mukuha and Imani and a good friend to many.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home at 7:30am on Wednesday 4th August 2021 for a private funeral service at his homestead in Murang’a to be attended by his family and close friends.
