MZEE PETER NYAKUNDI ASANYO

1932 – 2021

It is humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mzee Peter Nyakundi Asanyo. He was the beloved husband to late Birita Nyanganyi.

He was a son to late Joram Asanyo, the late Moraa and Priscah Mokua. He was the loving father to Ann, the late Japhet, Kefa, Hellen, George, Marita, Risper, Jared and Janet. He was brother to HON. Geoffrey Makana Asanyo, late Mwango, late Maina – Mokaya, late Omariba, late Ochogo, late Nyarinda, Bosibori, Bochaberi, Guto, Biliah, Tabitha, Hebsiba, Esther and Stella. He was uncle to Robert Maim, Charles, Steve, Justus, Walter, Lewis (UK), Carol, Marion (UK), Frank, Rose, Orina, George, Cllr. Rasugu, Beatrice among others.

Grandfather to Kibwogo, Vincent, Faith, Clifford, Washington, Brian, Richard and a great grandfather to many. Nephew to late Bogonko Mochiemo, late Akombe, late Nyaramba, late Onchonga, the late Opande, late Nyakundi, late Angwenyi, Moke among others. He was cousin to Jumla Omariba, Nyangau, Ochogo, Orina, late Omariba, Ochengo, Monyoncho, late Japhet Ogamba, Sikweya,Achira among others.

He was brother in-law to Tabitha makana, Pacificah, late Nyaberi, Otinga, Omagwa, late Obare, late Osiri, Bosiborl, Eunia, Chiebunga and Caren Maina among others. He was Korera to late Kibwogo, late Rabera, late Onchonga among others.

The cortege leaves Kinara morgue (Bwomboga) on Thursday 5th, August 2021 at 8:00am for burial the same day at Isecha – Kegege Village, Ikuruma Location, Kitutu Chache North. All COVID-19 protocols shall be observed.
