We regret to announce the passing on of Letizia Karambu Kirimi at Nairobi Hospital on Thursday 2nd September, 2021.

Beloved wife to Mr. John E. Kirimi (formerly of DT Dobie). Daughter of the late Secondo M’Mutiga and Getrude Gaitu (Rutinde). Loving Mother to Grace Ngugi (KWFT), Edwin Kirea (USA), Dr. Jesca Muthoni (Cerbalancet, Kenya) and Dr. George Wangasa (Comet Healthcare), Christine Linda Kanana (Movenpick Hotel), Andrew Mwirigi (Standard Chartered) and the late Irene Gatwiri.

Sister to Cesario Gitonga, Veronica Nyamu, Joseph Kimathi and Lawrence Kiambati. Sister-in-law to Pius Muthuri, Marystella Nthure, the late Henry Kiogora, Rose Kinyua and Lewis Mawira. Others include the late Teresia, the late Augustino, the late Rebecca and Margaret Kiambati. An aunt to many. Grandmother to Jude Opil, Malachi Koome, Nina Kinya and Gabriella Wangasa.

The cortege will leave Lee funeral Home on Thursday 9th September, 2021, at 4.30am. Funeral service will be at St. Peter’s Gatuatine Catholic Church and the burial later at their home Gatuatine, Mwanganthia, Central lmenti in Meru County.
