MWAITU GRACE KATW’ELE MUSYOKI

It is with deep sadness that we announce the promotion to Glory of Mrs. Grace Katw’ele Musyoki, popularly known as “Mwaitu” of Mawia Village, Shimba Hills, Kwale County on 7th September, 2021, following a short illness.

Daughter of the late Kioko Mutw’andia and the late Mumbi. Loving wife of the late John Musyoki. A dear mother of the late Stephen Musyoki, Dr. Beatrice Nzou (Angels Paradise Counseling Clinic), Mary Mwilcali (AIC Lukore) and Lydia Kanini (LKDF, Ukunda). Loving grandmother of James (SIVU Africa), Dr. Serah (Tz), Grace, Gladys (Sarova), Samson, Sebastian, Grace (Niusline Media), Prof. Muuo Nzou (KEMRI), Kianga, Serah, Augustine, John and Joseph. Great-grandmother of Angel, Stephen, Princess, Elijah, Geoffrey, Nolitah, Austine, Gift, Shedrack, Kevin, Lydia, Mary, Neriah, Purity, Miller, Gian and lthiel.

Mother-in-law of Mary Mutuku (AIC Mangawani), Dr. Simon Nguluu (SEKU), Francis Kianga and Gideon Sila (Tumaini, Ukunda). Sister to the late Jasper, the late Joseph, the late Mbeleeke, the late Esther, Jacob, Molly and Rebecca. Step-sister of the late Mwitiki, among others. Aunty of Kijiko, Muuo, Mwikali, Kole, Laban, Kumbo, Mwatu, Miriam among others.

Cousin of Lydia, Ndunge, Joan (CEC Agriculture Kwale County), Prof. Ngewa, among others. She was a friend and mentor to many. Niece to Rhoda, the late Katw’eie Musyoki, Pastor Mutwandia, Late Ngewa and among others.

The cortege leaves Msambweni Referral Hospital Mortuary on 11th September, 2021, at 6:00am, for funeral and burial service at her home in Mawia Village, Lukore, Kwale County. The funeral service will be live on YouTube courtesy of Niusline Media: Celebrating Mwaitu Grace Musyoki. Covid19 protocol will be observed.
