THERESA NJERI KARIUKI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Theresa Njeri Kariuki which occurred on the 9th of September 2021 after a short illness.

Loving wife of Lt. Col (Rtd) Michael Ndirangu Kariuki. Mother of Louis Alvin Kariuki and Valeen Alice Wanyara. Daughter of the late Robinson Mwangi Kihoro and the late Veronica Wanjiru Mwangi. Sister to the late Professor (Fr.) Peter Ignatius Gichure, Lukas Kihoro, the late George Lawrence Waiganjo and the late Blasio Anthony Hungi.

Daughter in law to the late William Kariuki Ndirangu and Alice Wanyara Kariuki. Sister in law to Anne Mumbi Kimari, Elizabeth Nyawira Wang’ombe, John Maina Kariuki, Silvia Nyangati Kariuki Wani, James Wahome Kariuki and the late Peter Kioni Kariuki.

Family and Friends are meeting at Bowling Green Parklands from 5.00pm and at the family residence for prayers.

There will be a requiem mass at the Apostles of Jesus Shrine Karen on Monday, 13th September 2021 at 2.30pm.

The cortege will leave PN Ngari Mortuary on Wednesday, 15th September 2021 at 9.00am. The funeral mass will be held at St. Paul’s Wanyororo Church starting at 10.00am followed by the burial at the family home Wanyororo, Bahati Sub-County, Nakuru County. COVID- 19 protocols will be observed strictly.
