It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mrs. Jane Wanjiru Murichu on 9th September 2021.

Daughter of the late Moses Muiruri Chunu and the late Leah Nyambura. Daughter-in-law of the late Joshua Gituara Kanyumba and the late Elizabeth Wairimu Gituara. Wife of Julius Murichu Gituara. Mother of Edwin Gituara, Maurice & Ann Muiruri and Alex and Ashley Mwariri. Grandmother of Malaika Wanjiru, Gabriel Murichu and Eden Murichu.

Sister of Peter Mburu, the late Ruth Njeri, the late John Wainaina, the late Joseph Kamau, Cecilia Wanjugi, the late Simon Karanja, Pierina Njoki the late Kangethe and the late Christopher Kariuki. Sister-in-law of the late Gidraf Mwariri, the late Charles Mwangi, the late Geoffrey Chege, Joseph Njuguna, the late Robert Ngugi, James Macharia and Stella Wanjiru Mwangi.

Friends and relatives are meeting at her home in Ongata Rongai from 4pm for prayers and burial arrangements.

The cortege leaves Lee funeral Home on Thursday 16th September 2021 at 9am for the funeral service and burial at their home in Gatheru Village, Kandara Sub-County, Murang’a County.
