PROF. SAMUEL GITHINJI KAROKI

It is with humble acceptance of the Lord’s will that we announce the passing on of Professor Samuel Githinji Karoki on the 9th September 2021. Professor Karoki was a lecturer of Statistics at the United States International University – Africa (USIU-Africa).

Prof was the son of Sos-Peter Karoki and Julia Wambui.

He was the loving husband of Joyce Kabui and dad to Joseph Karoki, Juliet Wambui and Betty Muthoni.

Grandfather to Arthur Githinji.

Brother of Nancy Wangechi, the late Harrison King’ori, Evelyn Wanjiru, Catherine Wangechi, Grace Nyawira, Susan Gathoni, Amos Mwangi, Naomi Kirigo, Moses Muthui and Timothy Wambugu and an uncle to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at Professor’s home in Lang’ata (SunValley Estate).

The cortege will leave Montezuma funeral home on Wednesday 15th September 2021 at 8:00 am. The funeral service and burial will be held on the same day at 11:00 am at the Lang’ata Cemetery.
