MUHIA GITU MIANO

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Muhia Gitu Miano, which occurred on 10th September, 2021. He hails from Murang’a Town.

Son of the late Eliud Muturi and Nancy Muguro. Husband of Virginia Wanjiku. Father of Catherine Muthoni, Anastacia Wangari, Job Wamunju and Erick Mwangi. Brother to Margaret Njeri and Godffrey Muriuki, Eunice Njambi, the late Kimaru, Johnson Mugo and Teresa Muthoni, Lydiah Wangari and Lucy Njoki.

Step-brother to the late Margaret Njeri and Nahashon, the late Grace Nagira, Sophia Muthoni, the late Stephen Miano and the late Wangare, Shadrack Muriwa and Rose Wanjiru, Mary Wakiriro and the late Gathua, Joseph Muhia and the late Mary Nyambura, Titus Mwangi and Teresia Njeri and the late Lydiah Njoki.

Grandfather of Nadia Wanjiku and Bella Wanjiku.

Friends and family are meeting daily from 3:00pm, at his home in Murang’a Town, near Total Petrol Station, along Murang’a – Mukuyu Highway.

The cortege leaves Murang’a County Mortuary on Wednesday 15th September, 2021, at 8:30am. He will be laid to rest at his Murang’a home. All covid-19 protocols will be observed.
