It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr Raphael Muiu.

Husband of Margret Mutisya and father of Robert Muoki, Jacky Yula, Jonathan Muli and Charles Mutia. Son of the late Muiu Muvya and the late Priscilla Yula of Kithimani, Yatta.

Brother of Rtd Major Shadrack Muiu, the late Eng Samuel Kavete, Dr Charles Muiu, Prisca Mukethe, Ruth Musyimi and Consolata Ngina. Brother-in-law of Esther Mutia, Rahab Mwikali, Mike Kata, Linda Charles, Kim Musyimi and Jacob Ochieng. Step-Brother and uncle of many. Grandfather of Mitchel, Brian, Maggy, James and Hadesa.

The cortege will leave Umash funeral home on Friday 15 October 2021 for burial at his Farm in Kithimani, Yatta. The Church service will be conducted by the graveside starting at 12 pm.
