ELDER DANIEL KATONI MUITHYA

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance that we announce the passing on of Elder Daniel Katoni Muithya of Kikuyu Village, Mithini- Sub-location, Masii, Machakos County on 11th October 2021.

He was the husband to Rebecca Kamene Katoni. Son of the late Thomas Muithya Kisinga and the late Loice Nduku Muithya. Brother to David, Hassan, Mbulwa, Esther, Elizabeth, Zipporah, Grace and the late Penina. Father to Monicah, Harrison, James (OP) John, Peter (CDF Mwingi), Andrew, Roseline (Aga Khan Hosp), Thompson (KNLS), the late Mwanzia, Boniface, Grace (TSC) and Hellen (Machakos Boys).

Father-in-law to Angelina, Lucie (USA) Eunice, Caroline, Josephine, Mary and Penninah, Peter, MCcord, Alex and O’Brien. Grandfather to Geraldine (KNLS), Leonard, Daniel, Anthony and Cindy among others and Great grandfather to many.

There will be a fundraising in aid of the hospital bill and burial expenses on Monday 18th October 2021 at Sagret Hotel Milimani next to Nairobi Central SDA Church Maxwell at 5.30 p.m.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Machakos on Wednesday 20th October, 2021 at 7.00 a.m. The funeral service and burial will take place at his Mithini home at 11a.m.
