JANE NYAMBURA MACHARIA (AUNTY JANE)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Jane Nyambura Macharia (Aunty Jane), from Kangema Murang’a County, which occurred on Friday, 15th of October, 2021, after a short illness bravely borne.

Daughter of the late Frederick Macharia Kamau and the late Phyllis Muthoni Macharia. Sister to the late John Kamau, the late Willy Njambuya, the late Simon Njuguna, the late Monica Wangui, Jacintah Wangechi and Stephen Mwangi. A grandmother, mother and auntie to many children and grandchildren that she nurtured and cared for dearly. A dear friend to many.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home, Mbagathi way, at 8.00am on Friday 22nd October, 2021, followed by a Requiem Mass at 10.00am at Our Lady of Visitation Catholic Church – Makadara, on Friday 22nd October, 2021. Burial will be at the Langata Cemetery, on the same day.
