DEACON DEDAN KIAI MUTAHI
It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Deacon Dedan Kiai Mutahi of Thage-ini Village.
Son of the late Josphat Mutahi and late Esther Nyamwere. Husband to Mary Magdalene Waguthi Kiai. Father to Hellen Gichigo, Rachel Wangui, Eunice Ngumo, Jennifer Wathiha, Patrick Mutahi, Ann Wangechi and Diana Njeri. Brother to late Isabela Mumbi Kariithi. Step-brother to Dickson Kabutu and Mukuria Weru.
Father-in-law to Onesmas Gichigo (Kenya Power), Solomon Mengere (Michinda Boys) and Carolyn Wairimu Mutahi. Grandfather to Lenny Maina, Adrian Kiai, Reagan Kiai, Christine Muthoni, Celine Waguthi, Cynthia Wangechi, Caxton Mengere, Sylvia Waguthi, Edwin Kiai, Doreen Waguthi and Debra Muthoni.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home Thage-ini Village for prayers and funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves Consolata Mathari Hospital Mortuary on Friday 5th November 2021 at 8:30am for a funeral to be held at PCEA Thage-ini Church at 10:00am and burial hereafter at his home in Thage-ini village, Nyeri County.
