MAMA SARAH KEMUNTO ONGWAE

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of mama Sarah Kemunto Ongwae, who rested in the Lord on 20/10/2021.

She was daughter to the late Mocha Onchiri and the late Nyoriana Moraa. Daughter-in-law to the late Narni Ogembo and the late Nyangarisa Ogembo Cherished wife of the late Nashon Ongwae Nami, Beloved mother to Esther Kobaya, Rudiah Mang’ana, Nyabuto Ongwae, Wilter Ogal, Atka Ongwae, the late Olpha Keya, the late Rcbeccah Orare and the late Zipporah Mokaya. Mother in-law to Francis Kobaya, Fredrick Mang’ana, Samuel Keya, Moses Orare, Pamella Nyamwaya, George Ogal, Isabellah Osiemo and the late Jared Mokaya.

She was sister to Osebe, Nyanchera, Ruoma, Baisibika, Nyabeta and the fates Ogasa, Ondieki, OfAndi, Kebwaro,Achimba, John, Ogechi, Mokobi, Mariah, Nyaituga, Robina and Samuel. Sister in-law to late Ogembo Nami, late Atika Nami and late Nyangito Nami. She was an aunt to Ben, the late Dr, Hezron, Prof. Moses, Kepha,Torori and others.

Grandmother to Samuel, James, Obure, Asenatti, Nashon, Wallace, Walter, Eunice, Bob, Yophes, Sarah, Roselirse, Line t, Gladys, Emily, Reginah, Sarah, Wycliff, Edna, Abel, Yabesh, Diana, Anne, Nyangito, Sophy, Judy, Lilian, Vanbelt, Zipporaii, Rachael, Ongwae, Moraa, Bivori, Beka, Nyangito, Morgan. Great grandmother of 39 great grandchildren.

The cortege will leave Christamarianne Funeral Home in Kisii Town on 5th November, 2021 and she will be laid to rest same day at her home Borangi SDA, Nyamache Kisii County.
