It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mrs. Rose Wanjiru Njuguna of Nanasi Estate, Thika.

Wife of the late Edward Njuguna Chege. Daughter of the late Pithon Kagai and the late Josephine Waitherero Of Kangema, Muranga. Daughter-in-law of the late Chege and the late Grace Njoki. Mother of David Chege (DC), Samson Kagai, Isaac Njenga, Grace Wambui, Nancy Njuguna and Jason Muriithi.

Sister of the late Gibson Muriithi, Jessy Njeri, the late Samuel Macharia, Elizabeth Waruinu, Janet Nyambura, Rose Wanjiru Joseph Njoroge, Jane Wangari And Njuguna Mary Waithira.

Mother-in-law to Jane Chege, Tabitha Kagai, Millicent Njenga, Antony Muturi & Faith Muriithi. Sister-in-law to the late Nungari, the late Kibaru, Waithaka, Wanjiku, Mungai, Mwangi, the late Nduta, Mbugua and others.

Grandmother of Newton, Brandon, Banix, Melvin, Anita, Telvin, Edi Baraka, Wendy, Trovensy, Cristabel, Hazel, Sharon,Travis, Elsy, Ashley and Ethan.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Nanasi Estate, Shuhan Hotel – Thika and Homeland Hotel, from 6.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

There will be a memorial service on Thursday I lth November, 2021 at ACK Holy Trinity Church – Makongeni, at 3.00pm.

The cortege Leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home, at 6.00am on Friday 12th November, 2021. Thereafter funeral service will be held at ACK Mawingu Church – Olkalou, followed by burial at her home in Mawingu, Olkalou, Nyandarua County.
