DANSTAN MACHARIA KAMWENE

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the demise of Danstan Macharia Kamwene, on 9th November, 2021.

Beloved husband of Gladys Wanjiru Macharia. Father to Pity Wangeci, Ephantus Mwangi, Antony Macharia, Anne Wanjiku and Moses Ndethi. Father-in-law to the late Lawrence Mwai, Pauline Waithiegeni and Caroline Muthoni. Grandfather to Gitemi, Danstan, Janet, Joan, Macharia, Pity, Belinda, Nyawira, Mark Antony and Pity Grace. Great-grandfather to Jayden, Jenelle and Ariana. Son to the late Jotham Kamwene and Milka Wangeci.

Step-son to late Eunice. Son-in-law to the late Njagi Chege and the late Wanjiku. Brother to the late Ndethi, the late Gitari, Miriam, Kinaro, Rosebell Wanjiru, Watare, Maina, Wamuyu, Kinyua, the late Waweru and the late Gathigi. Brother-in-law to Wangari, Nyawira, the late Rwenji, Nyanguthie, Muneke, Wanjiru Waweru, Millicent, Damaris, Wanjira, Wairimu, Dadson and Wanja. He was uncle and cousin to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kahara Farm, Kiamabara Village, Mathira, Nyeri County.

The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Mortuary – Karatina, at 8.00am on Tuesday, 16th November 2021, for a funeral service and burial at his home in Kahara Farm, Kiamabara Village, Mathira, Nyeri County.
