We regret to announce the death of Mama Josephine Mong’ina Ondari. Loving wife of the late Harun Ondari of Tombe village, Gatuta Sub-location, Nyamira County.

Daughter of the late Nyambati Onyambu and the late Mama Peris Kerubo of Bokayo village, Gesiaga Village Nyamira. Sister of the late Jemima Nyaboke, Monica Ogake, Jane Nyabeta, Yuniah Kemunto, Charles Onyambu, Caren Mogere, Kennedy Ong’era and Dorca Nyamokami. Step-sister of the late Kwamboka Binyanya, the late Ombori Nyarangi, the late Gekara, the late Okero, the late Rael Nyanami, the late Thabitha Kinanga, Bosibori, Hellen Sandimu and Hellen Nyamukami.

Mother of Jacqueline Kemunto, Lornah Kwamboka, Florence Bonareri, Risper Nyaboke, Vane Bosibori, Jemimah Kerubo, Nahum Moraa, Emma Mogere, Lilian Gesare, Emily Nyatichi, the late Justine and Bonface Nyambati. Mother-in-law of Joseph Ayieng’a, James Moturi, David Osumo, Simion Chumo, Dominic Misati, Peter Omani and Salim Momanyi.

Sister-in-law of the late Nyangweso, Sarah Nyamongo, Benjamin Makori and Samwel Okwemba, Teresia Nyakerario, Monica Okwemba, the late Josephine Makori, Kwamboka Onyambu Stella Ongera, the late Nyamechi Ombori, the late Yunuke Gekara and Nyamisa Okero, among others.

Burial will take place at her matrimonial home in Tombe on Friday, 19th November, 2021.
