ALEXANDER OCHARO MOGAKA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Alexander Ocharo Mogaka of Bosansa village, Kiongongi Sub-location, Mokwerero Location, Kenyerere Division, Sameta Sub-county.

Son to the late Pascal Mogaka Nyamwange and Agnes Kwamboka Mogaka. Husband to Alice Ocharo. Father to Sylvia Mutabari (Parliament of Kenya), Brian Ocharo (Kisii County Government), Alvin Ocharo (National Police Service) and Charity Ocharo of (Iteresi Secondary School). Brother to Mabeya Mogaka (SDHUD), Tiberius Mogaka (Kisii County Government), Charles Nyabuto (NGAO), Anielius Mogaka, Josephine Mongina, Jacklinc Moraa and Paul Mogaka (KDF).

His uncles and aunties are Morwatte, Malcom Kibanga, Getaro, Karori, Bonareri, the late Salome, the late Mosoti, Ondieki, Ototo, Ondabu, Maria, Pacifica, Sabina, Ramadhan, Mose, Nyakerario, Salome, Nyakweba, Zablon, Nyabaro, James, Peter and Isaac, among others. His cousins are the Morwabes, Makoris, Kibangas, Getaros, Karoris, Bwiereras, Orinas (Bogetutu), Mosotis, Ondlekis, Ototos, Ondabus, Kebvvaros, Oyunges and Mokayas.

An in-law to Daniel, Annah, Isaac, Marcela, Dorcas, Mary and the late Christopher. Father-in-law to Victor Mutabari (Ecobank) and Walter Obonyo (NPS). Korera to Mr. and Mrs Mbaabu, Mr and Mrs Kiilu and The late Mark Obonyo and Mrs Rose Obonyo. Semo to Nyakundi, Mosaisi, Felix and Paul. An uncle, cousin, in-law and friend to many.

Funeral arrangements are being held daily at his home in Mwembe and Mokwerero, Kiongongi Sub-location in Kisii County.

The cortege leaves Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital on Thursday 23/12/2021, at 10.00-am. Funeral mass service and burial will follow thereafter at his Bosansa Village, Kisii County.
