It is with deep sorrow and in acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Advocate Gerald Omori Kimanga, of Kimanga & Co. Advocates In Kisumu, at the Avenue Hospital in Kisumu after a long illness.

He was loving Husband to Gertrude Simi of Mamboleo Kisumu City, father to Patience and Pius Omori. The son of the late Rtd WO1 Pius Kimanga Onono and Catherine Nyanchera of Bomwagi Sub-location in Nyaribari Chache Kisii County. Step-son to Sofia Ondoro. Son in Law to Mr. And Mrs Simi of Nkoroi Merisho Ongata Ronpi Kajiado County.

Brother to Lawrence, the late Jane, Godfrey, Jackline, the late Purity and Justus, the late Jackline, Lydia, the late Lilian, Edna, Elvis, Boniface, Kevin, Janet.

Nephew to Wilfred Abincha Onono of IRAC In Nairobi. Cousin to Justus Kabuna, Obwaya Momanyi, the late James Marona, Nyakundi Gisairo, Bernard Oiriga, Richard Ogero, Albert Abincha, amongst others.

Friends and family are meeting at his Mamboleo Home in Kisumu and at Gecko’s Club Kisumu daily from 5.30 PM.

Funeral service and Burial will be held on 29th January 2022 at his family home in Waitaluk Farm, Transnzoia County.
