ELIZABETH NJERI NGERURO

 1930 – 2022

It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved mum ELIZABETH NJERI NGERURO (NYINAWA KAMAU) of Olkalou Matindiri, Wanjura Village on 19th January 2022 after a short illness.

Daughter of late Njuguna Wa Kamau (Gitundu) and late Wambui Njugu-na of Gathaithi (Muranga). Beloved wife to the late Elizaphan Ngeruro Njoroge. Much loved mother to Joseph Njuguna of Githunguri (Utawala), James Njoroge of Matindiri, Late Francis Chege of Nakuru, Late Martha Muthungu of Rongai (Nakuru), Peter Kamau of Rongai (Nakuru), Isack Kariuld of Lengenet (Nakuru) Moses Nditika of Nairobi, Daniel Gakinya of Molo (Nakuru) Samuel Kuria of Ngashuara (Nakuru) and Joram Njoga of Nairobi.

Mother-in-law to Mary Wambui Njuguna, Nancy Njeri Njoroge, Paul Muthungu, Late Nancy Nduta Chege, Late Florence Wanjiru Kamau, Ruth Muthoni Kamau, Esther Wambui Kariuki, Jane Njeri Nditika, Joyce Wambui Gakinya, Alice Mumbi Kuria, Grace Mugure Njoga. Sister to the late Wanjiru Wa Ruiru, Late Kamau Njuguna, Late Kariuki Njuguna, Late Frida Wanjiku Njuguna, Late Kuria Njuguna and Late Waithera Njuguna. She was grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother to many.

Burial arrangements are taking place on Monday 24th January 2022 at Blue Springs Hotel, Thika Road, Nairobi and at her home in Matindiri daily.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home Nakuru on 26th January 2022 at 8.00am. Funeral service and burial will take place at her home in Ol Kalou, Matindiri, Wanjura Village, Mugoiri.

You are deeply loved and will be greatly missed by many. Rest in peace till we meet again.
