MARGARET KOBILO CHESANG

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Margaret Kobilo Chesang of Solian, Eldama Ravine, Baringo County which occurred on 16th January 2022 at Foundation Health Care Hospital, Eldoret.

Wife of the late Richard Chesang. Mother to Nancy Kotut (Nakuru), Evaline Chesang (Nakuru), Mary Awata (Australia), Stephen Chesang (Kabarak University), Kenneth Chesang (Eldama Ravine), Peter Chesang (Solian) and Agnes Kibet (Australia). Mother-in-Law to Paul Kotut, Victor Awata, Mellan Kiprotich, Florence Bartonjo and Felix Birgen.

Grandmother to Jebet, Jepkemoi, Jepchirchir, Jeptoo, Sharon, Martin, Collins, Mitchelle, Kibet, Brian, Kiptallam, Raymond, Kiprop, Jepkemoi, Jealagat, Tonny, Valerie, Jemosop, Kimutai, Derrick and Andrew. Great grandmother of Joshua, Israel, Ethan and Tamara.

Daughter of the late Samson Kandie Cheromet and Mama Esther Siokwei Kandie of Kalel and step daughter to Anna Tungo Kandie. Sister to Joan Yatich, Sally Chepkwony, Priscillah Tanui, the late Harun Kandie, the late Miriam Kandie and the late Dorothy Kwonyike. She was step-sister to Jeniffer Maiyo, the late Abraham Kandie, Erick Kandie, Aston Kandie, Mary Kandie, Alice Kandie, Sylvester Kiplagat, Caroline Kandie and Timothy Kandie.

Sister-in-law to the late Wesley Chesang, the late Catherine Kamon, Pheris Kandagor; Mary Chepkwony, Charles Chesang, the late Dr. Walter Kilele, Rtd Col. Moses Kwonyike, the late Joshua Kandie, the late Japhet Chepkwony, the late Tanui, Benjamin Yatich, Linah Harun and Miriam.

The cortege will leave Eldoret Hospital on Wednesday, 26th January 2022 and burial will be held the same day at Solian, Eldama Rayne, Baringo County at 10.00a.m.
