BAABA JOHANA MWILA LITHUYA

It is in humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Baaba Johana Mwila Lithuya, that occurred on 16th January, 2022 at Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital.

He was loving husband to Rebecca Nkoyai Mwila. Son to the late Lithuya Muchumba and Late Sabera Mwokaibili.

Brother to the late Ntothiruaine, the late M’imana, Mwoburi, Kambura & the late Kailiki. Father to the late Kang’ etu, Rev Dr Alice (Bishop MCK Nyambene Synod), the late Stanley, Beatrice of Kaongo Ka Mau Pry Sch, Grace of Maua Methodist Hospital, Mungathia (business man), and Solomon (Thumbereria Primary School).

Father in law to Margaret (Thitha Secondary School), Hon. Dr Mutuma (CECM Health Meru County), Kaunyangi, Mwaura, Sofia and Lucy (Kivai Primary School).

He was grandfather to Nkirote, Gakii, Nana, Wakili Kagwiria and Dennis, Dr. Roy, Kimathi, Joy, Lincoln, Mukaria and Mackline, Abraham, Muthuri, Baraka, Joe, Mukami, Sam, Olive, Nick, Mwendwa, Melisa, Mwenda, Mutethia, Lithuya, and Mutwiri. He was great grandfather to Gabriel Mutharimi. He was uncle to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting at his Thathimwene Home, Muringene and MCK St Joseph Maua for burial preparations.

Funeral will take place on 28th January 2022 at his home, Muutine village, Njia Ward.

Dad, grandpa, we loved you but God loved you more. Rest with your maker till we meet again.
