PRISCILLA KAJUJU CHOKERA

It is with humble acceptance to God’s will that we announce the passing on of Priscilla Kajuju Chokera that occurred on Friday, 4th February, 2022 at Meridian Equator Hospital, Nairobi West.

Daughter to the late Johnstone M’Kareria and Bertha Munyugi M’Kareria. Wife to the late Samuel Chokera. Mother to the late Clifford Mwirigi, the late Antony Mutuma, Miriam Kendi (KCB Kasarani) and James Macharia (Thika Level 5).

Stepmother to Mary Gakii and Gillu of Netherlands. Foster mother to Frankline Kaime and Faith Kaime, Doline Wanjiru and Dan Mwangi, Faith Makena and Innocent Muthomi.

Sister to the late Kinyua, Gichuru, Stephen, Gituma, Stella and Wanyoike, Prof. Mburugu and Gaceri, Muriungi and Diana, Titus and Polly. She was grandmother to Tom, Kimaita, Joy, Nkirote among others and an aunt to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home in Makutano, Meru Kinani Village from 5.00pm every day for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Meru Funeral Home on Friday, 11th February, 2022 for funeral service at MCK All Saints Kinoru Church from 10.00 am thereafter the burial at her home.
