JOSEPH ONKOBA ORINA

We regret to announce the death of Joseph Onkoba Orina which occurred on 1st February 2022.

Born on 1st January 1946, he was son of the late Mzee Orina Ogwoka and Mama Jelia Kerubo. Husband to Mellen Kemunto Onkoba. Father to Darline Kwamboka Kidiavai, Margaret Kemunto Onsika, Judith Moraa Machogu, the late Ben Ogwoka, Leakey Orina, James Nyakenyanya and Jelia Kerubo. Father in-law to Dr. Ronald Kidiavai, Elijah Onsika, Josephat Machogu, Conceptah Bosibori and Evarline Robina.

Brother to the late Chweya, Nyang’ara, the late Mogita, Nyangweso, Moraa, the late Nyaboke and the late Tabitha Ayako. Brother in-law to the late Peter Omwansa, Samuel Getenga, Paul Nyabaro, Elizabeth, Florence and Ann from Nyanturago Market. Nephew to the late Onsembe, the late Mogaka, the late Omwenga and Nyantino.

Grandfather to Tony, Elvis, Eddy, Sharon & Silas, jayden, Nickson, Davies, Bill, Natasha, Natalia, the late Laureen, Davies, Skylar, Alysah. Great grandfather to Saige.

Funeral plans are ongoing.

The cortege will leave Kisii Level 6 Hospital on the morning of Monday 14th February 2022 for a funeral service and burial at his home in Taracha village, Nyaribari Keumbu, Kisii County.
