It’s with profound sadness that we, the family of the late Jimmy Momanyi Wattuman, announce his passing on after a long illness bravely borne on the 10th February, 2022.

Loving son of the late Nyamonyo Mokua and the late Sarah Kerubo. Son-in-law to the late Samuel Ondieki Ratandi and the late Milkah Nyamokune Ondieki. Loving husband to Jemimah Nyanduko Wattuman and Co-parenting with Mary Momanyi. Father to Justinah Kerubo, Janet Tundura, Sammy Ondieki, Jacob Omondi, Sarah kerubo, James Wattuman, the late Joseph Nyamwaro, John Markrauti Sarah Batie, Jane Njeri and Harrison Waiganjo. Grandfather to Ashley, Gathoni, Waweru, Jimmy and others. Father-in-law to Paul, Mukangu and others.

Brother to the late Osebe, the late Jimmy Memba, the late Anyoka, the late Osiango, the late Onduko, the late Jemimah, Nyamarere, Chiebunga and Mabera. Brother-in-law to Fred Ratandi, the late Daniel Ondieki, Micah, Margret, Zipporah, Salome, Julia, Rael, Naomi, Jackline, Tabitha Ondieki, Nyakambi Memba and Milkah Osebe. In-laws to Nyerere’s and Waweru’s. Cousin and uncle to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers from 5.00pm to 6.00pm at his home in Nyamira County, Bokurati I Sub-location and Nyamarimba village.

There will be a fundraiser on the 21st February, 2022 at his home.

The cortege leaves Ibara Mortuary on the 22nd February, 2022. Thereafter the burial will be held at their home in Nyamira County.
