It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of S.S.P Daniel Muriungi Kareria of Kenya Prison Service Regional Commander’s Office Nairobi after a long illness at Woodland Hospital Meru on 28th July 2022.

Beloved son to the late Jason M’Kareria and the late Zipporah M’Kareria.
Brother to Stanley Kathurima, Dalfina Kiende, Late Zachary Ntiritu, Late Isaac Muriira and Julia Kathambi. Father to Mutuma Kareria (Nyeri Medium Prison).

Cousin to Bishop Geoffrey Mwongera —WHRMI Mombasa among others.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at 6.00pm at his residence in Nairobi Remand and Allocation Prison -Industrial area and at his home in Kironya Village, Meru County.

The cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home on Thursday, 4th August 2022 at Meru County. 08:00 A.M for burial at his home in Kironya village, Kiirua location,
