EDGAR DICKSON OMALA ODAWA

It is with acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Mr. Edgar Dickson Omala Odawa.

Son of Andrew George Odawa and the late Mrs. Slessor Oduor and Hon. Agnes Wambui Oduor of West Ugenya, Karadolo Sub-location, Mulambo Village. He was an old boy of Starehe Boys Centre & School and formerly KPMG East Africa, AoN Bermuda and HSBC Bank, Bermuda.

Loving husband to Annette Murerwa Omala. Father to Gael Adele Dickson and Zoe Mael Dickson.

Son-in-law to Mr. Mathew Sendama Mageza and Mrs. Immaculate Murekatete.

Brother to Richard Odawa (Mwalimu National Sacco), Zedekiah Onyango, Brian Obiero, Sharlyne and Zack Oduor.

He was grandson to the late Richard Odawa and the late Helida Odawa of West Ugenya and the late Zedekiah Onyango and the late Councilor Joyce Onyango of Got Osimbo, Uholo.

Brother-in-law to Dr Careena Odawa, Janet. Muhoza, Marion Wibabara, Yvette Ndatuje, Samuel Muhizi and Ivan Sendama.

He was nephew to the Odawa’s and Onyango’s. Cousin and an uncle to many.

Funeral meetings are being held at Andrew Odawa’s house in Loresho and in Kigali, Rwanda.

The burial is scheduled for Friday, 7th October 2022 in Kigali, Rwanda.
