It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mwalimu Bernice Wamuyu Mureithi, of Njoguini Village, Thatha Sub-Location, Muhoyas Location, Tetu Sub-County, Nyeri County.
Wife of the late Watson Mureithi Kiboi. Daughter of the late Mwalimu Denson Ngumo Nguru & the late Marion Gachoki Ngumo. Daughter-in-law of the late Kiboi Gichohi & the late Mary Nyamacharia Kiboi. Mother of Felix & Mary Mathenge, James & Peris Kiboi, Michael & Florence Ngumo, the late John Chege & Jane Chege, Anne Nyawira, Charity Wangui, Sammy & Susan Keter.
Sister to Charity Ngumo, the late Levinson D. Nguru, the late Nyang’endo, Helen Wohoro, Alice Macharia, Beth Nyathama, the late Evanson Kibanya, Dunstan Mogul Irene Njeru, Phares Karogo, Lucy Ngima, the late Mary Munene, Wolleston Kamau and the late Hutchinson Gikandi.
Funeral arrangement meetings are being held from Monday, 31st October 2022 at All Saints Cathedral Nairobi to Wednesday, 2nd November 2022 at 5:30pm, and at her home in Njoguini.
The funeral service will be held at PCEA Njoguini Church at 10:00am on Friday, 4th November 2022 followed by the burial at her Njoguini home. A brief prayer and viewing session will be held at Nyeri funeral home (Outspan) at 7:30am on the same day.
