JOHN KURIA KAMAU

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of John Kuria Kamau, an employee of Kirinyaga University, Internal Audit Department which occurred on Friday, 28th October, 2022 at Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital (KUTRRH).

Husband to Esther Njambi Kuria. Son of Peter Kamau Mwangi & Mary Wanjiru Kamau. Father to Linus Kamau Kuria and Ivy Wanjiru Kuria.

Brother to Michael Mwangi, Jackson Kigwanja, Nellius Wagatare, the late Simon Njenga, Jane Njeri and Samuel Kigutu.

Son-in-law to Wilson Irungu and Sophia Waithera. Brother-in-law to the late John Muchemi, Joyce Wanjiru, Eunice Wambui, the late Titus Macharia and Nancy Njoki.

Family and friends are meeting daily at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi from Tuesday, 1st to Thursday 3rd November 2022 from 6.00pm – 8.00pm and at his family home in Gathuki-ini Sub-Location in Kiharu, Murang’a County and at his home in Kagio, Kirinyaga County.

The cortege leaves KUTRRH Mortuary on Saturday, 5th November 2022 at 7.00am for interment at his home in Gathuki-ini village, Kiharu, Murang’a County.

Eternal rest grant upon him o Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
