It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Major Vitalis Lumbasi Muke of the Kenya Defence Forces, Kahawa Garrison.

First born son of Nehemiah Muke and Truteah Nekesa.
Beloved husband to Phanice Kapkarich. Father to Royan Lumbasi and Raystone Lumbasi.

Brother to Anthony, Bonventure, Samuel (Bruce), Sophy, Khalima, Maximillah, Phoebe and Miriam.

Son-in-law to William Kirui and Alice Kirui. Brother-in-law to Titus, Masai, Esther, Caro, Mary and Kreata.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence in Varsityville Kamakis, Nairobi and at his home in Kapsitet A village, Bungoma for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Defence Forces Memorial Hospital on Friday, 16th December 2022. Funeral service and burial will be held at his residence in Kapsitet A village on Saturday 17th December, 2022.
