It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Hellen Nkuene Kinyua on 18th February 2023 after a short illness.
A devoted wife to the late Bernhard Kinyua Mathenge.
Beloved daughter to the late Ephantus M’Arithi and the late Zipporah Karuki. Daughter-in-law to the late Samuel Mathenge and the late Jedidah Wanjira.
A loving mother to Fitzgerald Kinyua, Ethel Kinyua, Erick Martin Kinyua and Lee Kinyua. Mother-in-law to Jackline Nyawira and Elizabeth Khalayi.
Doting sister to Japheth Ikunda, Lilian Gaceri, Hydah Kinanu, Patrick Kaburu, Rosemary Kagwiria, Kenneth Karimi, Anthony Kaaria, Mercy Makena, Jennifer Ngeta, Jackim Riungu and Kimathi Arithi.
Sister-in-law to Moses Kamau, the late Johnson Muteithia, Joseph Maina, David Kibira, Catherine Wambui, Jane Gathoni, Stanley Muthungu, Caroline Crawford.
Grandmother to Nirvana and Leyla. An aunt and cousin to many.
There will be a memorial service held at P.C.E.A Kariobangi South Parish on 26th February 2023 at 3.00pm.
Friends and Family are meeting daily at her residence at Pioneer Estate 2, BuruBuru and Ngaini home, Karatina.
A small fundraising will be held on Friday, 24th February 2023 at 4.00pm at Pioneer Phase 2. Paybill 8209070 account no (Insert your name). All are welcome.
The cortege leaves KU Referral Funeral Home for burial on Tuesday, 28th February 2023 and proceed to her family home at Ngaini Village, Gachuiro Sub-Location, Kirimukuyu Location, Mathira West Constituency, Nyeri County.
