NKANATA M’ARITHI (KAMUNYA)
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nkanata M’Arithi (Kamunya) on 2nd April 2023 after long illness.
He was the son to the late M’Arithi Gucienda and the late Ncurubi Ciotanthi.
He was Married to Martha Regeria.
He was brother to the late M’Ringera M’Arithi (Mwangi) and Magambo Arithi.
He was blessed with the following children; the late Alice Mwari, late Jane Karambu, Lucy Kathure, Joyce Rigiri, late Martin Mwiti (Mwangi), Lydia Kagwiria, Mutuma Nkanata, Patrick Muthuri, Caroline Kagendo and Mercy Kanyua.
He was father-in-law to David Mutwiri, Late Mwirigi Kirimania, Late John Gitonga, Francis Gatobu (Karebura), Onesmus Mutwiri, Dorcas Mutuma, Boniface Murungi and Doreen Muthuri. He had many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Meru County, Muriatine village for prayers and burial arrangements from 5.00pm.
There will be a one Prayer Meeting at St. Andrews PCEA Church Room I (one) in Nairobi on Wednesday 12th April 2023 from 5.00pm.
The cortege leaves Meru Funeral Home on Saturday 15th April 2023 at 8.00am for the funeral service at Gitijiwe Primary School in Imenti South Sub-county and thereafter burial ceremony at his home in Muriatine.
