SAMUEL MURATHA ASAPH

We the family and friends of Samuel Muratha Asaph of Ruiru-Kimbo are deeply saddened to announce his untimely and sudden death on 3rd May 2023. He was the devoted son of Lucy Wanjiku Mungai and the late Mugo Asaph. Loving brother to Tirus Mungai of Toronto, Canada.

Sam was the beloved husband to Judy Nyambura and a doting father to Sheila Wanjiku Muratha and Asaph Mugo Muratha.

Grandson to the late Mr. & Mrs. Tirus and Emily Mungai and Virginia Wandithia Asaph.

Nephew to Virginia Ngere, Margaret Mwihaki, Nicholas Muratha, Joshua Ngugi, the late Francis Kamanja, the late Anthony Njoroge, the late Alice Mugure, the late Francis Muiruri, Gitau, Nguii and Kimuri among others.

Cousin and friend to many.

Prayer meetings are being held at his mother’s home in Ruiru- One Four from 5.00 pm daily.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home, Thika Road at 8.30 am on Saturday 13th May 2023. Funeral service and interment will be held at Kahuguini village, Gatundu South sub-county, Kiambu country.
