MZEE JAMES MUHARA WAMAE

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce promotion to glory of Mzee James Muhara Wamae on 28th May 2023.

He was the son of the late Wellington Wamae and the Late Beatrice Wangui.

Mzee Muhara was the dear husband to the late Rachael Murugi Muhara and loving father to Wamae & Wanjiku Muhara, Muriuki & Njeri Muhara, Maina & Njambi Muhara, Ann Wangui Muhara, Elizabeth & Charles Waituika and Mary Watare Muhara.

His siblings are the late Asaph Maina, the late Richard Muiga, the late Wanjiru, Christopher Waruiru and Mary Watare.

A loving grandfather to Murugi Wamae, Muhara Wamae, Lisa Muriuki, Cynthia Muriuki, James Maina, Natalie Maina and Kiarna Waituika.

Great grandfather to Gianna Gathoni Muthaka.

Family and friends are meeting at All Saints Cathedral on Monday, 5th June 2023 and Tuesday, 6th June 2023 from 5:30pm. Daily prayers will also be held at the family home in Ngaini, Nyeri from 4.00p.m.

The cortege will depart from the Nyeri Funeral Home (Outspan Hospital) on Friday 9th June 2023 at 8.30am and the funeral service shall be held at Ngaini Primary School grounds starting at 10.00am followed by interment at his home in Ngaini village.
