We regret to announce the passing on of Angela Nzilani ‘Nzali’ Thomas Mbondo on 07/06/2023.

The second born to the late Kamuta Ngunyu and the late Sarah Kalondu.

Loving wife to the late Thomas Mbondo of Kithatu village, Katune Sub-location, Mutala Location in Makueni County. Mother to the late Charles Muinde, Redemptah Ndunge, Winfred Mwikali, Richard Mbondo, Nicholas Muema & Alex Kioko. Mother-in-law to Jackson Mulei Mull, Stephen Nzuki Muli and Jacinta Mutheu. Grandmother to Angela, Ivy, Lynn, Joyleen, Shawn, Maxwell and Austin.

Sister to the late Phillip Kamuta, Paul Kiitha, Jane Mutono, the late Regina Muthoki, Agnes Ndunge, Joyce Mumbi and the late Antony Mutisya.

Sister-in-law to Pius & Bibiana Mutiso, Michael Mwailu & the late Mary Ndinda & the late Nicodemus & Agnes Mutia.

In-law to Joseph Mbuva & Ruth Koki Ndanu, David Muli & Agnes Ndinda & the late Daniel Mutunga & Marystella Mutunga.

Aunt to Patrick, Antony, Terry, Kamba, Mwende,Wanjala, Mwikali Sarah, Masati, Bibiana Wanza among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at her rural home and also at Avenue Park I (One) – Nairobi, from 6.00pm for prayers & burial preparations.

There shall be a mini fundraising on 14/06/2023 (Today) at Holy Family Basilica in Nairobi, from 5.00pm.

The cortege will leave Umash Funeral Home in Nairobi, on Friday 16/06/2023 at 6.00am.The funeral and burial service will be held thereafter at her home in Kithatu Village, Katune Sub-location, Mutala Location in Makueni County, from 10.00am.

2nd Timothy 4:7 —”I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day – and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing”
